I just loooooove food! I'm always trying to fix up wonderful concoctions and so I thought it would be a great idea to put it all on here! So now we can have one big library and community of the unusual food we try at the wonderful restaurants that we eat at. All my fun food loving recipes will be here and made accessible to yooooooou. So if I head off on date night, have a birthday party or just decide on making something new then I will bring it on here for you to be inspired and push the bar even further out there. Food for Thought Friday Feature

I must admit that my healthy lifestyle has been slipping recently but I feel like these blogs will help me stay motivated to "go for it!" So I'm going to start with this weeks food feature. It's one of my favourite healthy breakfasts; My Berry Medley. I'm not usually a breakfast person but I find yoghurt quite light and easy to digest so I'm much more enthusiastic about this recipe. It's so easy to throw together too! A few berries (whichever agrees with you) yoghurt and some oats/seeds/ nuts and you're set to have a great day.

3 Action Packed Smoothies I love!

I've really got into making smoothies recently because my son refuses to eat vegetables in any other form. So I've managed to come up with a few concoctions that I absolutely love and I thought it would be polite to share it with you. The first one is being used to help with my son's skin (will explain soon) and takes just a few minutes to throw together.

Smoothie one (ingredients):

2 Beetroot, 1 avocado, 1 whole banana, a handful of strawberries, a handful of spinach or kale, 1 whole mango.

Smoothie two (ingredients):

half a cup of yoghurt, banana, strawberries, broccoli, orange juice.
