Recently, I've been thinking "what would happen if I went vegan for a month?" Would I be able to cope? How would I make sure that I get all the nutrition that I need? What about cravings? So I have been researching for a while about how to go about it and here's what I've come up with.
- Don't be stupid and start with a month. Start with a week and see if you can handle it.
- Don't put too much pressure on yourself Sal, you'll work it all out.
- Don't be a chicken Sal, you've done the research.
- Vlog it! So everyone else can see how you got on (as if I'm not sweating enough!) Haha!
