I must admit that my healthy lifestyle has been slipping recently but I feel like these blogs will help me stay motivated to "go for it!" So I'm going to start with this weeks food feature. It's one of my favourite healthy breakfasts; My Berry Medley. I'm not usually a breakfast person but I find yoghurt quite light and easy to digest so I'm much more enthusiastic about this recipe. It's so easy to throw together too! A few berries (whichever agrees with you) yoghurt and some oats/seeds/ nuts and you're set to have a great day.
