I've really got into making smoothies recently because my son refuses to eat vegetables in any other form. So I've managed to come up with a few concoctions that I absolutely love and I thought it would be polite to share it with you. The first one is being used to help with my son's skin (will explain soon) and takes just a few minutes to throw together.
Smoothie one (ingredients):
2 Beetroot, 1 avocado, 1 whole banana, a handful of strawberries, a handful of spinach or kale, 1 whole mango.
Smoothie two (ingredients):
half a cup of yoghurt, banana, strawberries, broccoli, orange juice.
