How To 'Slay' With A Kid in Tow!
Us mother's have very little time to waste much less worrying about what to wear and how we look. However, if you're a busy 'boss mom' like me then you will have scenarios where you may need to make that little bit more effort with your physical appearance in the fashion department. So here's few ways to slay in the fashion department even when you have kids in tow!
1. Buy really pretty flattering tops; even if you have post baby weight to lose you are most certainly going to feel and look great if you make the time to purchase a week's worth of really nice tops. By making this conscious effort you are most certainly going to look well put together even if you don't always feel like you are. I'm particular about certain fabrics as some fabrics agitate my skin and so I'm always looking for something soft and lose for everyday wear. Fundamentally, it will always be flattering if your wardrobe is full of really pretty things. (I will talk colour schemes etc in another post)

2. Prep the night before; I notice that I look my best when I have prepped the night before. It also saves time, which in turn makes the hubster super happy. Also, if you have to plan baby clothes and mummy clothes then chances are that you will leave yourself behind if you do it last minute.
3. When in doubt purchase a great coat; if you have great coats then you will surely look great wherever you go. So even if you have to rush for the school run in your pajamas you will still look fantastic - just because you put an amazing coat on!
4. A good gurdle is your best friend! Not because you are trying to disguise rolls of fat but because it makes your shape appear smoother. Don't be deceived, A LOT of people wear them (and when worn right) they can make a MASSIVE difference.
5. Experiment; you'll never know what you like stylistically unless you try it/ try it on the kids. I think it's great when we can be okay with making multiple fashion faux pas on our journey to discovering our unique style. Here are some shots of me and the little fella doing our thing! Haha! YSS
